Return and Refund Policy

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Before sending any item back, please email us at camellia@easivity.com. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or personal reasons, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–8 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
